HN Companion MCP is a server that fetches and processes Hacker News discussions, preparing them for Claude to generate high-quality summaries. It analyzes the hierarchical structure of comments, scores them based on community engagement metrics (upvotes, downvotes, replies), and formats the data optimally for summarization.
